Dale has 32 years of growing experience. He has accumulated over 30 years of continuing education and developed close working relationship with the University of Florida extension service, Tropical Research Education Center, and the Florida Farm Bureau. Dale, third generation, has happily turned over most of the daily management chores to Krista. He now enjoys focusing his attention on promoting the research and selection of new varieties and cultivators.

Krista, fourth generation, began her involvement with the farm through a series of summer vacations spent working at the farm market. Krista started working at the farm full-time while her son, Brendan, was a baby. She decided that she enjoyed both the business and the opportunity to keep Brendan with her at work while he grows. Krista is now in charge of most of the customer accounts and office management. She is responsible for all of the retail order processing and shipping.

Kimberly, fourth generation, is responsible for marketing and strategic planning. After many years away, Kim returned to the farm in 2007. She enjoys being able to apply her college and graduate education in marketing, business administration, and information technology to the family business.
