Ripe Mango Season 2026
So far mango season this year looks very promising. There is a good crop on the Southern Blush, Kent and Keitt varieties. In addition to good volume the quality is really nice. The timing of the primary crop is about average for us so we expect to begin shipping late June or early July. We had a bit of a pre-season here at the farm for the fruit that managed to set before the early February freeze.
If we are fortunate the various varieties will mature like they have historically and we will have a nice long season. It is possible they will do the same thing as last year and all come off at the same time. At this time we are not even attempting to assign ship dates. We work on “Mango Time” and ship everything at it’s peak and will communicate ship dates as soon as they can be scheduled.
If you plan to be unavailable to accept the delivery at some point during the summer please include those dates in the comments so we can prevent a delivery when might be away on vacation or otherwise unavailable.
VARIETIES
We will ship one Classic and five Premium varieties this season. The Classic Tommy Atkins is the quintessential old Florida mango. It is a heavy and consistent producer and not susceptible to many of the challenges of the other varieties. The Premium varieties are our divas, challenging to grow, but they have amazing flavor and little to no fiber. Pickering are very limited this year and we are reserving them for the Samplers and Mango Lover’s Club. Southern Blush typically midseason and will be available in all sizes. Kent are typically a late season fruit and are available in all package sizes. Keitts are available this year but look like they might be more mid- than late-season. Beverly st a really good crop so we are offering a limited number of Singles. Beverly is also low fiber with a sweet rich flavor similar to Hayden. As the various varieties do not typically reach their peak at the same time you will need to choose which variety you want to try. If you want to try them all we do offer Sampler Plans at a discount.

Our three primary package sizes remain the same. The cost of UPS Ground is included in the pricing. If the delivery address is more than 3 days transit time then an expedited shipping method will be required or the order will be cancelled. Please review the UPS map to determine your best option.

UPS Ground shipping is the default and is included in the pricing. Mangos ship mature but green and start to ripen in transit. Up to 3 days in transit is not a problem. This way they arrive while they are still firm and can finish ripening up in your care and avoid the bruising that would occur if they were still in transit.
If your delivery address is in an area with 4 or more days transit time you must select an expedited shipping method. In most cases 3 Day Select is the most cost effective option.
We also offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver as options. Reducing the days in transit never creates a problem but be aware you will still need that time before fruit ripen for eating.
Sorry no shipments to CA, AZ, or HI as it is not allowed by those states. We can ship to Alaska but shipping costs are not included in the pricing structure.
SAMPLER & MANGO LOVERS CLUB
Sampler packages consist of multiple shipments. Each are available in both the Personal and Single package sizes. The Variety Samplers are a total of 5 shipments including Tommy Atkins and four premium varieties. The Premium Samplers are a total of 4 shipments of just the premium varieties. We will do our best to space the shipments out as “Mango Time” allows.
The Mango Lovers Club is for those of you who want to receive a shipment every week. We can customize the package sizes and the varieties shipped. For example if the Kent variety is your favorite we will send you those as many weeks as they are available and fit in the other varieties you like around those. Some years we are able to include a special shipment or two of a new and unique variety. This year most of those varieties did not produce very well so that might not be possible.
